H2O Power has substantially reduced the leakage from the partial dam breach that occurred at the Twin Falls generating facility.

Risk to the town and surrounding community remains low and H2O Power continues to monitor the situation diligently.

H2O employees, with support from contractors and our local community, have worked through the weekend to implement the temporary repair and we are currently examining options for a permanent solution. The permanent repair is expected to take months, but the timeline is not yet certain. As we develop a permanent solution, river flows downstream of the station will be similar to those experienced during normal summer operations.

The leakage from the partial dam breach that occurred at the Twin Falls generating facility remains significantly reduced while the team continues its work to seal the breach completely. We continue to prioritize public safety and protection of the environment and have successfully installed mitigation measures to prevent material from entering the river.
